Transocean lands drillship deal worth $158m

Switzerland-based offshore driller Transocean has won a five-well contract in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea for one of its drillships. The 2014-built ultra-deepwater drillship Deepwater Asgard won the contract from an undisclosed operator.
