Kevin E. Lunday Sworn in as Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard

The United States Coast Guard held a formal swearing-in and assumption of command ceremony on Thursday for Adm. Kevin Lunday as the 28th Commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard.
