Inchcape buys into Leth Suez Transit

Inchcape Shipping Services has taken a major stake in Leth Suez Transit, a well know Egyptian shipping agency. Under the new ownership structure, Otto Jervell, the CEO of Leth, will continue to helm the company as a part-owner. Inchcape Shipping Services is a portfolio company of private equity fund Epiris.
