Shanghai Jinghan signs for chemical tanker newbuilds

Shanghai Jinghan Shipping is expanding its fleet with up to two chemical tanker newbuildings at a domestic yard. The company, which says it operates and manages eight chemical tankers, has contracted Yangfan Group’s Zhoushan Dashenzhou Shipbuilding for one firm 7300 dwt duplex stainless steel unit and secured an option for an additional newbuild.
