CK Hutchison Concessions Annulled for Two Ports Along the Panama Canal

Panama’s Official Gazette on Monday published a court ruling formally annulling Hong Kong’s CK Hutchison Holdings concessions for two ports along its strategic canal, after ruling late January the contracts violated the constitution.

CK Hutchison later warned of legal action after A.P. Moller–Maersk signaled it was willing to temporarily take over management of the ports.
