Lighter collided with bulk carrier, sank, at least 1 missing, Bangladesh

Lighter collided with bulk carrier at port, Bangladesh, in the evening Apr 9, and sank after collision. There were more than two dozen people on board, crew and port workers. At least 1 is missing, with an unknown number of people being not yet safe. As of 1700 UTC, SAR was under way.
Details of accident yet unclear – some said lighter drifted onto berthed bulk carrier, others say bulk carrier broke off her moorings in strong wind, drifted and collided with lighter. More likely it was former version – lighter collided with moored bulk carrier.
