In March, the fire-stricken Grande America\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldmaritimenews.com\/archives\/273008\/fire-stricken-grande-america-sinks-off-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sank<\/a>\u00a0west of the French coast after it developed a starboard list.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In April, a fire\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldmaritimenews.com\/archives\/274816\/grimaldi-roro-catches-fire-after-being-hit-by-truck-in-brazil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">broke out<\/a>\u00a0on board the RoRo ship Grande San Paolo after it was hit by a runaway truck in Brazil.
