{"id":34289,"date":"2023-07-12T19:33:17","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T16:33:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.al-sindbad.net\/msea-capital-secures-30m-debt-refinancing\/34289\/"},"modified":"2023-07-12T19:33:17","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T16:33:17","slug":"msea-capital-secures-30m-debt-refinancing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.al-sindbad.net\/msea-capital-secures-30m-debt-refinancing\/34289\/","title":{"rendered":"MSea Capital secures $30m debt refinancing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content entry clearfix\">\n<div class=\"mailmunch-forms-before-post\" style=\"display: none !important;\"><\/div>\n<p>Maritime Finance, part of First Citizens Bank\u2019s CIT division, has arranged the refinancing of MR product tankers worth up to $30m for affiliates of MSea Capital.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>MSea Capital was founded in 2012 by Modi Mano and is an international maritime investment and asset manager with expertise in tanker and commodity shipping.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very satisfied with the expertise demonstrated by CIT\u2019s Maritime Finance team and their support in helping further position our commercial vessels,\u201d said Debashish Bhattacharya, managing director at MSea Capital.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mailmunch-forms-in-post-middle\" style=\"display: none !important;\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe were pleased to leverage our experience on behalf of MSea, which is well recognized throughout the industry for their success in ship operation and management,\u201d said Evan Cohen, managing director and group head of Maritime Finance at First Citizens Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Maritime Finance also provided a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/splash247.com\/navios-partners-secures-44m-debt-refinancing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$44.2m loan<\/a><\/span> to Angeliki Frangou\u2019s Navios Maritime Partners at the beginning of the year.
