The acquisition therefore compliments NORDEN\u2019s asset light business model and will contribute positively to margins in NORDEN\u2019s Freight Services &amp; Trading business unit, the company said.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition remains subject to regulatory clearance and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023.
