When the supply chain normalises, this will potentially create a pile of 3.5m teu of empty containers from the transpacific alone, according to a new report from Denmark\u2019s Sea-Intelligence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large\">\n<p>Sea-Intelligence is warning there could be 3.5m teu of empty containers from the transpacific alone<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWhen the supply chains start to shorten \u2013 and eventually they will \u2013 this will release a large amount of empty containers, especially in the US.
