{"id":2599,"date":"2019-08-19T09:15:56","date_gmt":"2019-08-19T06:15:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.al-sindbad.net\/?p=2599"},"modified":"2019-08-19T09:15:58","modified_gmt":"2019-08-19T06:15:58","slug":"shaanxi-coal-trader-ups-stake-in-csc-phoenix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.al-sindbad.net\/shaanxi-coal-trader-ups-stake-in-csc-phoenix\/2599\/","title":{"rendered":"Shaanxi coal trader ups stake in CSC Phoenix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Chinese domestic dry bulk shipping operator CSC Phoenix has announced that Shaanxi-based Nanye Group, the third largest shareholder of the company, has increased its shareholding in the company to 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the share acquisition, Nanye Group has become the second largest shareholder of the company and&nbsp;Nanye said it may further increase shareholdings in CSC Phoenix in the next twelve months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tianjin Shunhang Shipping is currently the largest shareholder of CSC Phoenix, owning 17.89%.&nbsp;In February, a court in Tianjin ruled to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/splash247.com\/csc-phoenix-parent-goes-into-liquidation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">liquidate Tianjin Shunhang<\/a>&nbsp;after the company filed for bankruptcy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CSC Phoenix said the liquidation of Tianjin Shunhang Shipping will not affect the company\u2019s operation immediately, but may result in an ownership change of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nanye Group is a large scale coal trader in Shaanxi, and also involved in the businesses of iron ore and steel products.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chinese domestic dry bulk shipping operator CSC Phoenix has announced that Shaanxi-based Nanye Group, the third largest shareholder of the company, has increased its shareholding in the company to 5%.
