Lindsay has been an active ASA member for over 10 years and most recently has served as ASA Secretary-Treasurer and Vice President. As President, Lindsay\u2019s experience in maritime salvage and business development will drive continued growth, foster partner relationships, and expand ASA\u2019s footprint.<\/p>\n

Ms. Malen-Habib\u2019s appointment is an historic event for the organization as the first woman to serve as President of the ASA.<\/p>\n

Lindsay Malen-Habib currently holds the position as Resolve Marine Group\u2019s Manager of Client Services based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she brings over 15 years\u2019 experience in maritime emergency response, business development and marketing to the group. Additionally, she has extensive experience in emergency response contingency planning and compliance, salvage and wreck removal, and corporate communications.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Lindsay comes from a family maritime background with a focus in emergency response. She is founder of the first US chapter of YoungShip- YoungShip Texas- and is an active member of WISTA FL. Lindsay is an adjunct member of the Maritime Law Association and sits as Vice President of the Salvage Committee of the MLA. Lindsay represented formally TITAN Salvage as their Director of Business Development for 5 years, inclusive of the operation of the Costa Concordia Wreck Removal, the largest wreck removal to date.<\/p>\n
